Dave Burch

Vice President, Health Sciences
Dave is a health sciences expert with more than 25 years of experience in project management and human health risk assessment.

Dave provides program management for several major mission support contracts in the areas of risk assessment and health sciences, including a $48 million vehicle providing human health risk assessment support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a $60M contract conducting literature-based assessments and furnishing science information management for the National Toxicology Program (NTP) at the National Institute of Environmental Health Science.

As program manager, Dave is responsible for oversight of staffing, project coordination, and financial management and ensures scientific integrity of the deliverables and services provided to clients. He also has directed dozens of work assignments, task orders, and other projects for a range of offices within the U.S. EPA, NTP, and other public and private clients. Dave serves as a resource on topics related to our risk and toxicology practice’s critical review of literature and environmental modeling.
